I know that feeling because I've lived it.

There was a time when I found myself overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, and searching for a deeper sense of purpose, clarity and peace. Like many women, I spent years pouring into others while neglecting my own well-being. On the outside, everything seemed "fine". On the inside, I knew something needed to change.

During that season, I leaned into my faith and began seeking God in a deeper way. What started as a search for healing became a journey of remembrance and transformation. Through prayer, self-reflection, holistic wellness practices, energy healing, and personal growth, I began reconnecting with the woman God created me to be.

I discovered that true healing isn't about becoming someone new, it's about returning to yourself, honoring your God-given worth, and living in alignment with your purpose.

That journey became the foundation for Blessings Reign.

Today, my mission is to help overwhelmed women remember who they are by reclaiming clarity, confidence, and freedom so they can reign in their own lives with intention, wellness, and purpose.

Through holistic wellness products, transformational coaching, breathwork, Reiki, and supportive community, I guide women in creating space for healing and growth in mind, body, and spirit.

I believe every woman has been created with unique gifts, purpose, and potential. Yet so many of us become disconnected from who we are beneath the roles, responsibilities, expectations, and demands of everyday life.
